If you have not yet activated your account:
• If you are you are a current member, a prospective member, or are on our email distribution list, then you already have a profile in MemberClicks and just need to activate your account.
• Click the registration link below and log in as an “Existing Aero Club User”. Use the email address where you receive Club communications as your username, then click “Forgot Password” to create your password and complete your account setup before registering.

If you’re new to the Aero Club:
• If you are not a current member and do not receive Aero Club email communications, click the regisgtration link below and “Register as a New User.” Enter your email address and create a password to set up your account before registering.

Member pricing is automatic:
Once you log in, the registration form will automatically display the correct pricing based on your membership status:
• Members: $130 individual seat | $1,300 table
• Non-Members: $140 individual seat | $1,400 table

Registration Closed: Members-Only Breakfast: September 17, 2025

The Aero Club of Washington is pleased to host a Members-Only Breakfast on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. This special program will feature a panel discussion with Members of Congress who are directly involved in aviation policy, and provide a unique opportunity for Aero Club members to engage with policymakers in a more intimate setting. Please note: Rep. Dina Titus, who was previously announced as a panelist, is no longer able to participate due to unforeseen circumstances.

Different from our regular luncheons, this event will offer:

  • Individual ticket sales only (no tables)
  • Open seating to encourage conversation and networking
  • Exclusive access for Aero Club members. You may register up to five total attendees, provided each person is a current member. Membership will be verified.
  • Recognition Sponsorship – Highlight your organization’s support and gain visibility at the event. Sponsorship does not include seating; individual tickets must be purchased separately.
